When this Swiss light jet debuted in 2015, it was dubbed “the world’s first super versatile jet (SVJ).” The “super versatile” name is fitting because the PC-24 gives owners the cabin dimensions of a medium-light jet, the high performance of a light jet, and the flexibility of a turboprop.
Unlike normal jets, the PC-24 was designed and built to excel at short-field takeoffs and landings even on unpaved runways. This feature alone gives PC-24 owners access to an additional nearly 20,000 runways worldwide that are impassable for aircraft that can only land on paved runways and/or those that are over 2,930 feet long.
